Hax Licensing

I think hax should be allowed if licensed here.

I disagree.

Why? If we have a record of who has hax and who doesn't and ip ban those who aren't registered and granted permission to hax it will allow more grandios projects and remove the hidden aspect of griefing. We see someone flying that isn't registered, ip ban. And if they are registered then they can build bigger, better projects.

I think that certin people sould be allowed to hax only with certain limitations. i.e. an OP if there is a flying haxor and you ant see his name. Or soeone taking photos or building something but only when an OP is on and with their permission.
